Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. This product is covered by 12-months of warranty against any manufacturing defects and faults that may arise from normal use of product during the warranty cover period.
  2. The warranty is extended only for use and sale within the country of intended sale of the manufacturer.
  3. Warranty does not cover damages or faults caused by improper or negligent use of the product.
  4. Warranty does not cover damages or faults caused by use with incompatible devices, it is user’s responsibility to check for compatibility of devices and that the devices comply to relevant safety and performance standards.
  5. Warranty does not cover any damage to connected devices and data loss.
  6. Proof of purchase will be required for any claims under this warranty.
  7. Customer will be required to ship back the product to claim warranty.
  8. Return shipping costs, if any, are to be borne by the customer
