All unopened and unused items purchased directly from dbvolt.ca (dbVOLT Canada online store) are eligible for 14-day return for exchange or refund subject to following conditions:
1: Orders that were shipped with Free Shipping are subject to 20% restocking fee on the product price paid in case of return for replacement or refund
2. Proof of purchase is required to accept return.
3. Product packaging should be intact and unopened. We are not able to accept opened items or items with damaged or altered packaging for return.
4. Customer support should be contacted to initiate a return and receive a return id. Customer should then mention the return id on the return courier label.
5. Customer is responsible for safely shipping back the item to the return address provided by the customer support.
6. Refunds will be issued either to the order payment channel or to any local bank account in title of the customer.
7. Returns are usually processed within 3 days of receiving the item, customer will be informed if return is valid or declined, in case return is declined the item will be returned to the customer.
